The Healing of Memories Global Network is an as yet rather loose network bringing together groups from around the world to engage in joint projects. Some of these groups have established themselves as legal entities (South Africa, USA, Luxembourg); others as specific work programmes, often within broader organisations (Canada, Lesotho, Myanmar, Namibia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe). Some of them are more informal groups, which nevertheless organise workshops from time to time, as in Colombia, France, Germany, Lebanon, Spain and Thailand. Others seek to raise awareness of healing of memories and liaise with the IHOM.
The Global Network was formed in 2019 at the IHOM international conference held in Cape Town. With Michael Lapsley as its President, it is currently being structured and is coordinated by an international steering committee. For further details, see the 2020 Global Annual Report.
