As 2023 drew to a close, two HOM Luxembourg delegates, Patrick Byrne and Javier Garcia Alves, went on mission to Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal to lead the final elements in the practical phase of the 2022-23 facilitator training programme for Francophone Africa.
